Your rental includes private access to Sage Event Studio for the number of hours booked. Rental time includes both setup and breakdown. Tables and chairs, basic layout flexibility, and access to the space amenities are included.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone:
• Events must remain within the approved guest capacity.
• No ticketed or publicly promoted events.
• All setup and breakdown must occur within your reserved rental window.
• Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or fixtures.
• All trash must be placed in designated bins before departure.
• The renter is responsible for their guests and vendors at all times.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Sage Event Studio has a maximum capacity of 60 guests at any time, in accordance with safety and zoning guidelines.

Yes. A required $60 professional cleaning fee is included in the listed rental price to ensure the space is properly prepared before and after every event.

We do not allow public, ticketed, or open-to-the-public events.

Yes, BYOB is permitted for private events.
All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and drink responsibly. The renter assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal and responsible alcohol consumption during their event.
Sage Event Studio does not provide or serve alcohol.

No. Sage Event Studio is zoned for private events only. Ticketed events, events advertised to the public, or events selling admission are not permitted.

Two dedicated parking spaces are available behind the studio for the event host, providing easy access for arrival and load-in. Guests will find ample street parking along Irving Park Road. Please observe all posted parking regulations.

Your rental window includes setup and breakdown time. We recommend accounting for decorating, vendor arrival, guest arrival, and cleanup when selecting your hours. Additional time must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

We understand that plans can change. The following policy ensures fairness while protecting reserved event dates.
Full Refund (30+ Days Notice)
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.
Partial Refund (14–29 Days Notice)
Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund (Less Than 14 Days Notice)
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event one time, subject to availability, if requested at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduled bookings must occur within 90 days of the original event date.
No-Shows
Failure to use the space during the reserved time without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
